Infor Infinium Training

Infinium HR training covers a wide range of HR functions such as the following:

  • Recruitment and interviewing
  • New applicant entry
  • New employee entry
  • Personnel actions (such as transfers, promotions, rehires, on-the-job training, rehires, terminations)
  • Step In Grade Processing
  • Employee History

TCI can perform an Optimization Review prior to class. During an Optimization Review, a TCI Infinium Consultant will review how your company is currently using the software and analyze any areas for improvement in speed, functionality, business flow, or reporting.
