Human Capital Management Infinium Self Service training covers all of the information an employee can alter (such as address, emergency contacts, dependent information) and all the requests an employee can enter into the system (such as requesting time off or requesting direct deposit changes). Self Service training additionally reviews information the employee can view, but not alter.

Manager tasks are also discussed. Some of the covered manager topics include: salary change, transfers, status change, and performance reviews. Managers also learn how to request training for employees, create salary plans, and how to approve time-off requests.
